Refund Policy

IN CASE OF RETURNS

Once the returned product has successfully passed the quality check, the refund will be initiated to the refund mode selected by the customer. Customers may choose to receive the refund either to the original mode of payment or the Style Union Wallet.
Where applicable, the refund amount will be processed after deducting the return fee and any other applicable charges as mentioned in this policy. Delivery charges, shipping fees, convenience fees, and other additional charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
Refunds to the original mode of payment are expected to reflect in the customer's account within 3 to 5 business days after initiation, subject to the processing timelines of the respective bank or payment service provider. Refunds to the Style Union Wallet will be credited upon initiation and can be used for future purchases in store or online.

IN CASE OF CANCELLATIONS

If your order is eligible for cancellation, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 24 to 48 hours from the date of cancellation, in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in our Cancellation Policy.The refund is expected to reflect in your bank account within 3–5 business days once it has been initiated from our end. The time taken for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

IN CASE OF UNDELIVERED SHIPMENTS

If you were unavailable to receive your order, or if the order is undelivered, the refund will be processed once we receive the package back to us, after deducting applicable delivery charges or other fees.

IN CASE OF DELIVERY OF DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order is eligible for return due to an error on our part or the delivery of a defective product, we will refund the full amount paid for the order or item to your original payment method, in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in our Return Policy.
