Click and Collect

Style Union believes in offering a seamless shopping experience across both online and offline platforms. To enhance customer shopping experience, we offer BOPIS (Buy Online, Pick Up In Store) - allows customers to place an order online through our website or app and collect the order directly from a selected Style Union store instead of opting for home delivery. This option helps reduce delivery time, eliminates shipping charges, and ensures a smooth, hassle-free pickup experience.

1. The store pickup orders can only be placed through the Style Union App.
2. Each pickup order can be linked to only one store.
3. No shipping charges applyto Click Collect orders.
4. Once an order is placed for store pickup, the delivery mode cannot be changed to home delivery.
5. Please note that pickup orders can be cancelled only before they are packed. Once the order is packed, the customer will receive a notification via email, after that customer cancellations will no longer be permitted.

We kindly request you to complete the pickup within 10 days from the date of the email notification. Uncollected orders will be automatically cancelled after the 10-day pickup window.

6. At the time of collection,customers must present the order confirmation email or display the order details on the Style Union App.
7. Customers are required to sign the invoice at the store at the time of order collection. This will serve as proof of delivery.
8. Returns for Click Collect orders are governed by the online return policy mentioned on the website.
