Return Policy

  1. RETURN:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Style Union. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return the item(s) subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items must be returned in their original packaging along with the invoices and tags. We retain the right to reject a return request at the time of pick up if the product suffers from any damage or used, worn, washed, stained, torn, brand tags/price tags not intact, regardless return fee has to be paid.

Online purchases can be returned at any of our physical stores free of charge, provided the items are in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached. When returning an item in-store, please present your order invoice. A store credit note will be issued for the value of the returned product. This credit note is redeemable in-store only and has a validity of 90 days from the date of issue.

Please note that it will not be possible to exchange / return Accessories including but not limited to Innerwear, Undergarments, Lingerie, Socks, Swimwear, Beauty Cosmetic & Personal care products, Fashion accessories like Watches, Sunglasses, Fine Jewellery, Handbags, Sling bag, Wallet for hygiene reasons.

  1. RETURN FEE:

    At Style Union, we prioritize customer satisfaction by ensuring a hassle-free shopping experience while maintaining the highest hygiene standards for all delivered products. A handling fee of ₹99 is applicable solely for return pickups arranged from customer addresses.
  1. TIME FRAME FOR RETURNS:

Returns must be initiated within 15 days from the date the customer receives the order. Any requests for returns received after this period may be declined at our sole discretion.

  1. RETURN PROCESS:

If you are not satisfied with your order or any item of your order, you may initiate a request on the RETURNS tab on our website/App. Once you have initiated a return request, our field executives will pick-up the order within 3-5 business days. They will make 3 attempts to pick up the order, post which the pickup automatically gets cancelled. If our courier partner faces any issue in picking up the order, we will keep you informed. The applicable Return fee for all the returns is to be paid by the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or delivery of a defective product.   1. REFUND PROCESS

The refund amount will be processed to the original method of payment once the returned product has passed the quality check. The amount will reflect in your account within 3–5 working days, after deducting the applicable return fee as mentioned on our website

  1. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR MISSING ITEMS

All our shipments go through rigorous quality checks before leaving our warehouse. However, in the rare case that your product is damaged during transit, is missing, or if you receive an incorrect order or size, you must notify us via email within 72 hours of delivery and initiate a return request on our website or app, else Nexon will not be liable to accept the merchandise

We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution after verification. Please note that a strong proof of defect, i.e, photographic and videographic evidence of the damage or defect (a complete video recording of unboxing the order) and image of the invoice for our reference shall be required in case of delivery of defective product from our end to initiate refund request.

  1. WEAR & TEAR
  • Fittings: The fitting of merchandise might lose its authentic fitting and lose shine with usage. This usually happens over time due to machine washing, weather conditions & rough usage and cannot be accounted as a defect.
  • Fabric: Our products consist of hand-woven fabrics, natural and print dying that may vary slightly from time to time. The digitally printed canvas / fabric used in our products may also vary in different parts and patches due to the general property of the fabric.
  1. FINAL SALE ITEMS

Certain items may be designated as final sale and are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt. Final sale items will be clearly marked as such on the product page.
