Return Policy

1. RETURN

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Style Union. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return the item(s) subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items must be returned in their original packaging along with the invoices and tags. We retain the right to reject a return request at the time of pick up if the product suffers from any damage or used, worn, washed, stained, torn, brand tags/price tags not intact, regardless return fee has to be paid.

Please note that it will not be possible to exchange / return Accessories including but not limited to Innerwear, Undergarments, Lingerie, Socks, Swimwear, Beauty Cosmetic & Personal care products, Fashion accessories like Watches, Sunglasses, Fine Jewellery, Handbags, Sling bag, Wallet for hygiene reasons.
Please note that products purchased for ₹99 fall under the non returnable category and are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. RETURN FEES

A handling fee of ₹99 per order is applicable only for return pickups arranged from the customer's address.
No return handling fee is applicable for returns made if the order is returned at any Style Union store.

Delivery charges, shipping fees, convenience fees, offers, discounts and other additional charges, applied at the time of purchase are non refundable and will not be included in the refund amount.
TIME FRAME FOR RETURNS:
Returns must be initiated within 15 days from the date the customer receives the order. Any requests for returns received after this period may be declined at our sole discretion. 

3. RETURN PROCESS

You may return your online order through either of the following options:

1. Return Pickup

If you are not satisfied with your order or any item in it, you may initiate a return request through our website or app by navigating to the Order History page. Once the return request is raised, our courier partner will pick up the order within 3 to 5 business days and make up to three pickup attempts, after which the pickup request will be automatically cancelled. If our courier partner faces any issue while picking up the order, we will keep you informed. A ₹99 return handling fee per order is applicable for all pickup returns unless the return is due to an error on our part or delivery of a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

2. Return To Store

Eligible online purchases may also be returned at any Style Union store within 15 days of delivery. Customers must carry the product along with the order invoice and ensure the product meets the return eligibility criteria. Upon successful verification by the store team, customers may choose to receive the refund either to the original mode of payment or the Style Union Wallet.

4. REFUND PROCESS

Once the returned product passes the quality check, the refund will be processed to the refund mode selected by the customer.
Customers may choose to receive the refund either to the original mode of payment or the Style Union Wallet.

Refunds to the original mode of payment will reflect in the customer's account within 3 to 5 working days after initiation, after deducting the applicable return fee, if any, as mentioned in this policy. Refunds to the Style Union Wallet will be credited upon initiation and can be used for future purchases in store or online.

5. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR MISSING ITEMS

All our shipments go through rigorous quality checks before leaving our warehouse. However, in the rare case that your product is damaged during transit, is missing, or if you receive an incorrect order or size, you must notify us via email within 72 hours of delivery and initiate a return request on our website or app, else Nexon will not be liable to accept the merchandise. 

We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution after verification. Please note that a strong proof of defect, i.e, photographic and videographic evidence of the package (a complete video recording of unboxing the order) and image of the invoice for our reference shall be required in case of any issue with the order to initiate refund request.

6. WEAR & TEAR

  1. Fittings: The fitting of merchandise might lose its authentic fitting and lose shine with usage. This usually happens over time due to machine washing, weather conditions & rough usage and cannot be accounted as a defect.

  2. Fabric: Our products consist of hand-woven fabrics, natural and print dying that may vary slightly from time to time. The digitally printed canvas / fabric used in our products may also vary in different parts and patches due to the general property of the fabric.

7. FINAL SALE ITEMS

Certain items may be designated as final sale and are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt. Final sale items will be clearly marked as such on the product page.
